About Us
The Blockhouse Bay Community Centre is owned by Auckland City Council but operated by the Community. A Management board deal with the day to day running of this facility and the Centre has a number of employed staff who manage the operations of the Centre. The Community Centre has a strong standing in Blockhouse Bay and is used for a wide variety of regular classes as well as one off events and celebrations.
The Centre is proud to offer a place of meeting for local people to use and its doors are always open to new events, activities or groups wishing to start up in the Bay.
